SFA were appointed by Kerry Convention Bureau for two Appointment Making campaigns in 2012, one for a sales trip that they conducted in London and one in the Midlands and North West of England. Our services in this area included developing the ‘story’ for prospective appointments to ensure that our team communicated the correct message about the objectives of the meetings; making calls to a target list; arranging face-to-face meetings (noting levels of interest and objections encountered); scheduling times/location of meetings in a logical manner to maximise the productivity of the Kerry Convention Bureau sales team; and producing bespoke profile sheets with contact details of each prospect, directions to meeting locations and relevant background information on the target clients’ conference/event business history and future buying needs. SFA delivered both these projects on time, on budget and on target in terms of the number and quality of meetings scheduled.
